Fusion’s WHS Course

As employers, you have a duty of care to ensure that all employees receive proper training in their rights and responsibilities under the Workplace Health & Safety Act. Employers who have neglected this due to time or operational constraint put their company and staff at risk.Fusion’s WHS Online Induction Course provides employers with a cost effective solution that ensures all employees are properly trained within the first few hours of commencing employment.

Employees simply log on and do the course online onsite without taking up valuable time from the HR department or the supervisor.

The online course covers all key topics required under the various State Acts to ensure proper knowledge is transferred to the new employee. Most employees are able to complete the course in less than an hour. But what’s truly important is that this gives your company legal proof that training has been completed, and you can be assured that your employees are informed and ready.

Courses

Each course is designed to cover specific topics relevant to your staffs responsibilities and duties. After participants have read the information, they will be required to take an online assessment which will determine if they have enough knowledge on respective Occupational Health & Safety issues to be deemed competent.

If participants do not meet the pass mark, they will be required to take the online
course again.
